UTV Bindass's Emotional Atyachaar gets Court Notice on Vulgar content

UTV Bindass Show "Emotional Atyachaar" is in trouble as the Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued a notice to them along with the one to "Ministries of Information and Broadcasting" citing a plea filed to ban the show for its "vulgar content".The show takes Fidelity test on the partner by using Hidden Cameras and technology.




It was said in the plea that the Show has moral implications on the society and is sending wrong signal to the audience as it mentally disturbs people at large.


A division bench of Chief Justice "Dipak Misra" and "Sanjeev Khanna" asked all the concerned parties to reply within four weeks on the plea which has been filed by "NGO Indraprastha" People.
