"Aditi Rao",who had a record 22 lip locks with co-actor Arunoday in ‘Yeh Saali Zindagi,’ has a parallel female lead character opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Imitiaz Ali upcoming movie ‘Rockstar.’
Aditi was initially offered the lead role, but later it was given to Debutant Nargis Fakhri who is half Czech and half Pakistani.
However,the actress is happy with the role she has finally got in 'Rockstar'. She plays a journalist in the film and she is also the narrator connecting Ranbir's character to the audience like Rani Mukerji in 'Veer-Zaara'.
The filmmakers who had earlier planned to publicise Ranbir Kapoor-Fakhri Nargis pair with rumours,now have added Aditi's role in the film considering her popularity.
